Quality Control

All models of Emco Dynatorq brake or clutch components are unique and must adhere to close tolerances and specifications viz., Stator, Rotor, Armature Plate, Hub, Compression springs. Using CNC machines like Vertical Machining Centers and other machineries are used to provide precision finish to brake components. 

Tests  are done. Visual, Torque, Engagement Disengagement, Braking Cycle. Separate test for spares like Rotor and Hub as they are subject to wear. We have a dedicated team.
